Updated: RoLEAD
Conditions for RoLEAD registration, service use, evaluation and separately ordered subscriptions.
1. Provider and scope
RoLEAD is provided by Ethem Çetinkaya, sole proprietorship, at Meydankavağı Mahallesi, 1562 Sokak, Özen Apartmanı, No: 17, Kat: 1, Daire: 4, 07200 Muratpaşa / Antalya, Türkiye. Contact: info@rolead.io, +90 850 777 11 57. These conditions address businesses and individual consumers. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over any conflicting provision.
2. Service and feature availability
RoLEAD provides hosted lead and customer management, staff assignment and communication. Lead creation from Meta, email and WhatsApp, automatic staff assignment and WhatsApp communication with staff and optional AI are the three available pillars. Inbound AI call answering remains in development and is not included as an available service. The ordered plan and any separately agreed features determine the subscription scope.
3. Registration, authority and access
Provide accurate, current registration details and complete email verification. You must have the legal capacity to enter the relevant contract; an organisation’s representative must be authorised to act for it. Workspace administrators manage users and permissions. Protect sign-in links and credentials, and report suspected unauthorised access to info@rolead.io. Registration is not consent to advertising.
4. Evaluation and paid activation
Eligible self-registration includes a 14-day evaluation without a payment card. Registration alone neither starts a paid subscription nor authorises a charge. Without a paid subscription, access to paid modules ends when evaluation expires; this does not itself delete workspace data. A voluntary trial is separate from any statutory withdrawal right.
5. Plans, price information and orders
User limits, features, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes, total payable amount and first payment date must be presented before a paid order is placed. An annual charge is the total for the stated annual period, not a monthly instalment unless expressly agreed. Consumer offers must show the applicable tax-inclusive total; any business net-price quotation must identify taxes separately. Extras or setup work require separate agreement. Merely selecting a plan is not a paid order.
6. Payments, renewal and test transactions
Payments are handled through the payment flow offered for the selected plan, including Stripe-hosted Checkout where enabled. Available payment methods are those actually shown there. Recurring charges require a valid order and the agreed renewal terms, subject to mandatory law. Sandbox screens accept test data and do not create a real paid subscription or charge real money. No charge is authorised solely by publishing these conditions.
7. Cancellation and billing enquiries
The workspace administrator can manage subscriptions through Subscription and payments and the connected customer portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal at the end of the agreed paid period; mandatory earlier termination and refund rights remain unaffected. You may also send cancellation or billing enquiries to info@rolead.io, identifying the workspace and account email. Subscription cancellation, statutory withdrawal and personal-data deletion are different requests.
8. Consumer withdrawal and remedies
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, its period, information requirements and lawful exceptions are determined by the applicable consumer rules. Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to info@rolead.io or the provider’s postal address; the example below is optional. Any legally required request or consent to begin service early must be separate from general acceptance of terms. Starting to use the service is not treated here as a blanket waiver of consumer rights. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming service and mandatory refunds remain available.
9. Example withdrawal notice
To: Ethem Çetinkaya / RoLEAD, info@rolead.io, at the provider address above.
I notify you that I withdraw from the following service contract: [contract/plan and workspace].
Order date: [date]. Consumer’s name and address: [details]. Account email: [email]. Notice date: [date].
This example is not a required form. Sending is performed in your own email or postal service; viewing this text does not submit a request.
10. Acceptable use and workspace responsibility
Use the service lawfully. Workspace organisations are responsible for the purposes of their customer-data processing, user permissions and necessary permissions for contacting leads. Do not send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload content you have no right to use, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls or interfere with other workspaces. These obligations do not remove RoLEAD’s own legal responsibilities.
11. Customer content and software rights
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your uploaded content; service access does not transfer those rights to RoLEAD. Processing that content is limited by the agreed service, privacy notice and any applicable data-processing agreement. RoLEAD and third-party software, branding and materials remain with their respective right holders. These conditions grant no general right to resell customer content or use it independently of the service.
12. Integrations and optional AI
External integrations operate under their providers’ conditions and availability. Enable them only with authority to share the relevant data. Optional AI can produce incomplete or inaccurate output; review relevant output before relying on it or sending it to another person. This does not waive statutory remedies or replace an applicable processing agreement. Features described as in development do not become available merely because they are mentioned here.
13. Changes, security restrictions and liability
The agreed service scope and mandatory law govern service changes. A website update alone does not retroactively change a paid order or authorise additional charges. Restrictions needed to address abuse, security threats or a legal obligation must be proportionate; contact support about affected access. Liability is determined by applicable law. Liability and consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected; no blanket disclaimer is imposed. An availability percentage, sales outcome or uninterrupted external integration is not guaranteed unless separately agreed.
14. Data return, retention and confidentiality
Before ending use, use available export functions or contact support to request return of workspace data. Cancellation or trial expiry does not itself erase data. Lawful retention, access restrictions and deletion requests are governed by the privacy and deletion notices; a universal backup-deletion deadline is not promised. Customer information must be handled only for authorised purposes, subject to applicable confidentiality and disclosure obligations. A customer processing agreement must be separately established where required; its existence is not implied by this page.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send service, billing, cancellation or withdrawal complaints to info@rolead.io with sufficient information to identify the account and issue. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity-document copies. You retain access to any competent court, consumer authority or other statutory remedy under applicable law; this page does not require exclusive litigation in Antalya or compulsory arbitration.
16. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protection
To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these subscription terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Where mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence apply notwithstanding this choice, those protections remain unaffected. This clause does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights or override mandatory jurisdiction rules.
17. Version and contractual effect
The publication date identifies this version. These conditions form part of a contract only when validly incorporated through the relevant agreement or acceptance process. Publication alone does not record acceptance, replace previously agreed terms or activate a live payment flow. Changes requiring notice or consent must follow the applicable contractual and legal process. Privacy notices describe processing and do not constitute blanket consent for it.
